Description You formulate a plan and empower your team to provide clinical expertise to healthcare providers helping them to improve patient outcomes. The MSLCML Director is responsible for leading a MSLCML team in providing scientific, research, and educational support to health care professionals and other key stakeholders.The MSLCML Director is responsible for providing oversight of all activities in accordance with current health care compliance and regulatory guidelines. Lead, manage, develop, and coach the MSL teamOptimize field responsibilities, scientific knowledge transfer, and performance related to KOLHCP interactionsWork with cross-functional partners to support and direct the team on CRM operations, scientific insights, and KOLHCP scientific profiling and engagement strategyOversee territory plan of action, skills training, and congress coordinationCollaborate with cross-functional teams on business planning, special projects, and strategy development to support medical goals and objectives Essential Requirements:MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent degree5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry 3+ years of MSL Leadership experienceAbility to develop and execute plans against objectivesExcellent presentation and communication skillsDesired Requirements: HIV or infectious disease experience preferredAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
