In-person team.About the roleAI systems require data in order to be monitored and evaluated and to be improved. The more agentic the system, the more sophisticated the system required to guarantee performance and continuously improve.You will own these systems. You will own data and evaluations across the platform, including overseeing data labeling strategy, synthetic data generation, experiment generation, etc.You will work closely with our research team to measure performance and with engineering to build out automated systems.Your systems will directly power our agents to complete complex accounting workflows, and the systems you build will allow us to tackle ever-increasing complexity. Experience with ML is a plus. PM experience is a plus, but not required by any means. This range represents our broad compensation philosophy and covers various responsibility and experience levels.
