Together, we'll build a place where everyone feels empowered to live their best lives-participants and team members alike.What does success look like as a Senior Center Manager?Lead with Purpose: Facilitate seamless day center and clinic operations, ensuring program goals are met and participants receive exceptional care.Empower Your Team: Hire, develop, and oversee a dedicated team, including Personal Care Attendants, an Activities Coordinator, and a Receptionist, while fostering growth and collaboration.Promote Excellence: Partner with Learning and Development to implement education, training, and competency programs that inspire confidence and novate for Success: Act as a super-user trainer for essential platforms (e.g., PACElogic, Genesys, PrimeSuite), empowering staff to use technology effectively.Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with the Growth Director to align on enrollment and growth initiatives and continuously enhance participant experiences.Drive Compliance and Quality: Partner with Compliance and Quality Assurance teams to ensure all operations adhere to regulations and participate in quality improvement initiatives.Prioritize Safety: Maintain the Emergency Operations Plan, conduct safety drills, and champion safe work practices for participants and team members.Operational Excellence: Track key performance indicators and develop innovative strategies to achieve operational goals.Foster Engagement: Build a positive, supportive work environment through retention activities and team engagement initiatives.What does an ideal candidate look like?Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience overseeing day center functions and 5+ years of management experience working toward a single, unified goal.Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field. We will take 7 years of demonstrated leadership experience in lieu of degree.Mission-Driven Focus: A true passion for serving high-risk seniors and frail older adults, creating a positive and supportive environment for participants and staff alike.Creative Mindset: Thrives in an early-stage environment, where collaboration and innovation fuel meaningful growth.Valuable Experience: Familiarity with PACE or Adult Day Health Center programs is highly preferred, but not requiredBilingual Advantage: While not required, proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus and adds value to participant engagement.Pertinent information to the role:Location is in Compton, CA (90221)Schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm ONSITEWe're excited to share that we plan to hire for this role in JanuaryFebruary, with our new site opening in July 2025!
