Position Functions and ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of all processes related to accounting and financial reporting in The MomentsOversee bank compliance reportingEnsure financial statements and accounting practices are in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Responsible for timely distribution of month-end reportingResponsible for timely year-end financial reporting including audit and taxOversee and manage general ledger and all other software related to financial systems and financial reportingEnsure accounting and financial records are accurate, timely and retainedManage banking relationships, users and systems and process to ensure users comply with regulatory and company security protocolsDirect responsibility for accounting and financial support for assigned facilities Responsible for all AP, AR and invoicingParticipate in senior living leadership meetings as neededAs company grows building of your accounting teamBudget processesSupport operations functions related to annual budget processMaintain budgetary tools and reportsParticipate in analysis related to forecasting and budgets including cash projectionsPerform additional responsibilities as assignedQualifications Experience & EducationMinimum of 6 years in accounting or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of management or leadership experienceHealthcare experience preferredBachelor's or master's degree in accounting or related fieldPointClick Care experience a plusQuickbooksMust complete a criminal background check from Department of Human Services and may not be on the OIG exclusions list.Must be screened for TB.Benefits:Full Core Benefits Package - Medical, Dental, VisionAdditional Plans for FT and PT including Accident, Illness, Life, Disability and More Health savings account401K Paid time offSalary:Starting from $78,000The Moments of Lakeville is an equal opportunity employer.
