For our site in Arlington Heights we are looking for an: Administrative Assistant Your role in our team Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant! Pay Starting at $21 - $25Our team is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support smooth office operations, manage travel, and assist with various administrative tasks. This individual will collaborate closely with our administrative team and Accounts Payable to maintain organizational effectiveness and communication. They will also coordinate employee travel logistics, ensuring they are executed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with company policies. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential to provide seamless support to both internal teams and external vendors.As an Administrative Assistant, you will: Arrange itineraries, transportation, and accommodations for employees Ensure travel plans comply with company policies, budgets, and schedules Monitor and prepare reports and documents to improve accuracy, compliance, and financial accuracy Cross-reference accounts to ensure travel bookings align with employees' schedules and time Research and provide cost-effective travel options while maintaining quality and safety Generate reports on travel expenditures, usage patterns, and cost analysis Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality service and manage vendor-related tasks Directly interact with the accounting team to support financial processing and reporting Input and maintain accurate data entry related to travel, expenses, and administrative tasks Manage fleet cars, ensuring availability, maintenance, and efficient use Monitor team, group, and individual schedules to align travel plans, ensuring seamless coordination Perform various administrative duties, including supporting office operations and general administrative tasks Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent 3-5 years of experience working in an office-based support role preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Travel experience preferred Vendor management experience preferred Schedulingcoordination experience Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively Why WITRON?
