Akkodis is seeking a Non-IT Project Manager for a Contract job with a client in Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid) . You will lead and deliver data initiatives, ensuring cross-functional teams are coordinated and projects are executed successfully. Rate Range: $50hour to $55hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Non-IT Project Manager job responsibilities include: Defining and managing project scope, objectives, deliverables, and detailed project plans.Coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration between technology and business units.Engaging with stakeholders, establishing steering structures, and providing regular project updates.Identifying potential project risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies.Preparing and delivering project reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders.Managing project budgets and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.Overseeing data integration, database design, data quality checks, and governance to meet regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX).Collaborating with data scientists, financial analysts, and IT teams to ensure data accessibility and integration across systems. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field.5+ years of experience in project management, ideally with a focus on data-driven initiatives.PMP certification and proven experience in managing data integration and governance projects.Strong knowledge of risk management, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
