Compensation Team (Sr. Associate Consultant)

Key Responsibilities: Prepare or review monthly, quarterly and year-end financial close activities for carried interest compensation plans including mark-to-market revenue and expense, fund distributions and payments to participants Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet and P&L accounts Prepare or review monthly and quarterly investment and compensation reporting schedules Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders including Human Resources, Investment Management Controllers, Legal Entity Controllers, Financial and Regulatory Reporting, Tax and Brokerage's fund and plan administrators Maintain and update strong control environmentaudit documentation Assist with projects and Ad Hoc requestsQUALIFICATIONSAdditional Details Overall Skills Desired: BSBA in Accounting, Finance or Business CPA candidate preferred 5 years of accountingfinance experience, investment accounting a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel Strong problem solving and analytical skills Excellent communication, leadership, and multi-tasking skills Ability to prioritize and complete deliverables in a timely manner with high attention to detail
