Ensure equipment reliability through preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and collaboration on new equipment installations.Job Duties:Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manual and automated equipment, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.Perform preventive maintenance using blueprints and technical manuals.Analyze and resolve equipment issues using PLC and CNC control panels.Oversee maintenance documentation, certifications, and machine history.Support installation, testing, and validation of new equipment.Train and mentor maintenance staff, assign tasks, and ensure schedule adherence.Lead maintenance functions during assigned shifts, providing guidance and support.Assist with creating and tracking preventive maintenance schedules.Identify and procure machine components and supplies as needed.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED (technical education preferred).5+ years of maintenance experience, including CNC equipment.Previous lead or supervisory experience (minimum 1 year).Knowledge of electrical schematics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and troubleshooting.Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to work overtime.Strong safety focus and ability to work independently.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identify, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.Meet Your RecruiterHerman DavisTechnical Recruiter Connect on LinkedIn As one of the most respected names in engineering staffing, Sterling has hundreds of opportunities with top employers.
