Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.At Atria, we are recruiting for a Director of Nurse Practitioners (ACPsAPPsMid-Levels). This is an exciting opportunity to use your superior operational skills to design and deploy the best possible experience for our members and teams and redefine the standard in care experience. About the Role: Oversee the management of Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), and Registered Nurses (RNs), across both NYC and Palm Beach locations, with potential for future geographic expansion Collaborate with senior leadership, physicians, and clinical teams to deliver cutting-edge patient care and clinical expertise Partner with local site leaders to design staffing plans that align with the clinic's functional and operational needs Manage the schedules, hours, and time-off requests for ACPs and RNs, including approving payroll and timekeeping through the HRIS system In collaboration with the Chief Medical Officers, VP of Clinical Operations, VP of Quality & Safety, and other corporate leadership, assist in the development of processes and protocols Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for ACP, RN, and potentially additional clinical staffing Work with clinical leadership and Human Resources to review and adjust salary scales for ACPs and RNs Oversee ongoing staffing analysis and the development of new initiatives & programs Collaborate with HR to create staff engagement, recognition, and promotional initiatives Lead education and professional development programs for ACPs and RNs Compensation:$200,000 - $230,000 depending on years of experience Requirements Nurse Practitioner or PA license required Minimum of 10 years nursing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities 5-10 relevant experience in the management of staff, ambulatory services andor programs (in a large hospital setting strongly preferred) Current NY State registration, license required Strong patient centered approach with a strong emphasis on providing exemplary, world-class customer service Self-motivated and proactive; a team player who knows how to think critically in a fast-paced, challenging environment BenefitsAt Atria, we are proud to offer every member of the Atria team: Excellent health and wellness benefits, 100% paid by Atria effective date of hire Flexible Time Off 401k match at 4% effective date of hire Opportunity to participate in continuing medical education programs for maintenance of Continued Medical Education and CEUs for professional licensure Fitness Perks including Wellhub + Time to give back and make an impact in underserved communities
