Primary Function: Our Ambler, PA location is currently seeking a Claims Administrator. This role is a multi-faceted role responsible for handling and processing product insurance subrogation claims and related complaints, incidents, and issues.Responsibilities:Investigating, evaluating and resolving insurance claimsLiaison and communicate with insurance adjusterscompanies and customersNegotiating settlements and authorizing paymentsMaintain and manage the claims database including claim status updatesReview and process invoicesConferring with legal counsel and experts when necessaryResponsible for internal and external claims reportingSupport Claims department with additional tasks as neededJob Requirements:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business LawAdministration, or Actuarial Science or related experience3+ years of insurance subrogation claims experience is preferred, as is experience in consumer productsExperience with product forensics andor product liability law is preferredExtremely detail oriented with a high level of accuracyExcellent written and verbal skills are requiredAbility to work independently and within a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Programs including Excel and PowerPoint
