Senior Transfer Pricing

A legal services firm in New York City is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their team as their new Senior Transfer Pricing Manager. In this role, the Senior Transfer Pricing Manager will have direct responsibility for many of the inter-firm transactions and the associated transfer pricing and K-1, K-2 and K-3 reporting. Responsibilities: The Senior Transfer Pricing Manager will: Manage the day to day inter-firm billing process for fees and costs. Ensure timely and complete reporting of data needed to complete Schedules K-1,K-2 and K-3. Prepared and review complex files for inter-firm fees and costs, foreign source income and non-U.S. taxes and insurance taxes. Communicate directly with stakeholders and contacts in other departmentsoffice offices to coordinate work and resolve issues Plan, direct and execute various special tax projects Maintain scheduled and ad hoc communication with management and stakeholders Strategize how to ensure uninterrupted support delivery and high quality of work being delivered Drive changes to increase client satisfaction, efficiency and maintain high level trust rate Exhibit deep understanding of business goals, identify performance gaps, and recommend efficient solutions Work with technology resources to identify, develop and implement time saving technology Maintain high service quality by collaborating with the stakeholders to assess performance and develop action plans to address findings and issues identified Address performance management issues and conduct performance review Make independent operational decisions as necessary to attain the department objectives Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in an Accounting, Finance, andor a Tax-related role Bachelor's Degree in with Major in Accounting or Finance In depth knowledge of Tax function and processes Experience working directly with senior leadership and stakeholders Microsoft Excel proficient Solid analytical and problem solving skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized
