We are results-driven, creative solution finders and enjoy putting ourselves in our clients' shoes.The role:As the Retail Customer Group Growth Lead you will sell project and enterprise level services to a growing sector of VIATechnik's business, focused on retailers, multi-site owners, and businesses whose real estate is an essential part of delivering their product. You will handle business relationships for significant accounts and sales.Through business development activities, complimented by sales and operational alignment, and industry outreach, you will make an impact for our clients and our this role you will:Focus on business development activities to strategically grow new client accounts through outbound efforts, attending conferences, and thought leadership.Build out a strategic and data-driven sales funnel: prospect new sources of business, qualify leads, pitch new business, and close contracts.Continue to nurture and grow high-value client relationships to increase sales and solidify VIATechnik as a partner of choice.Implement sales campaigns, tracking leads throughout the sales funnel, from initial prospecting through proposal cycle, and close.Attend industry conferences to build brand presence, create professional relationships, and feed the sales funnel.Look for opportunities to build processes and frameworks that improve VIATechnik's go-to-market.Partner with Marketing to increase top of funnel activity (i.e. lead generation) and build sales collateral for relevant multi-site products and services.Track and seek to improve sales KPIs.Partner with leadership to grow VIATechnik's presence across the retail customer group.Bring in subject matter experts (SMEs) and other internal team members in BD efforts to enhance the likelihood of implementation success, project close, and team development.Work closely with project execution teams and clients to support client satisfaction and high net promoter score (NPS) achievement.Enhance VIATechnik's goal of continuous improvement within our company, for our clients, and for the industry.Stay engaged with active projects to identify expansion and cross-sell and upsell opportunities.Actively manage communication between sales and operations teams to identify client needs and opportunities with an eye on revenue driving activities.Apply if you have:5+ years of experience selling technology andor BIM services, with a focus on the owners market segment.Experience working with retail or real estate owners or technology companies specializing in construction technology.Proven track record in business development or revenue-generating roles.Proficiency in deal qualification and end-to-end customer lifecycle management.Strong familiarity with Salesforce or similar sales systems.Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.Hunter mentality with a focus on growth and driving change.Demonstrated experience with commission-based compensation structures.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently and effectively.Team-oriented mindset with cross-functional sales experience.Even better if you have:Prior experience managing accounts with a focus on retailers and multi-site owners.Background in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments.Experience selling VDCBIM services.Solid understanding of AEC stakeholders and client pain pensation and featured benefits:The base pay for this position is $100,000 to $115,000, and on target earnings of $175,000 to $230,000 are expected. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experienceHealth insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)Dental and vision insurance.
