POSITION SUMMARYThe Product Implementation Manager is responsible for the development, commercialization and implementation of procedures, operational standards and test products including but not limited to Limited Time Offers (LTO's), specvendor change tests, packaging, small wares and efficiency tests. This role communicates information necessary to the implementation and management of assigned product andor project introduction and optimization.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMay perform any or all of the following duties:Develops, coordinates and implements procedures and operational standards for assigned restaurant tests; system rollouts of new products, technologies, equipment and small-wares.Critiques and provide updated content for the operations procedures manuals (OPM, R&M) to ensure continuity of product requirements and changes for Operations ManualsTroubleshoots, diagnoses and remedies field operations and corporate department's existing systems, procedures and technologiesCoordinates field operations requests regarding issues and suggestions for improvements with corporate departmentsCommunicates effectively and timely with field operations, corporate partners, Franchisees, project teams, department members and Executive managementDocuments project feedback, observations, analysis, survey development and Executive SummariesDemonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills; communicates effectively with various contacts (internal and external)Consistently exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significancePerforms other duties andor special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions andor requirementsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONSCORE COMPETENCIESMust possess approximately three (3) to five (5) years of any combination of experience andor education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of restaurant managementBABS Degree preferredMust have in-house expertise in restaurant operations, systems and procedures; multi-unit preferredMust be proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteMust have excellent planning, prioritizing, organizational and problem solving skillsMust have ability to analyze complex variable situations and identify appropriate courses of actionMust be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and accommodate shifting business needs Must display strong analytical and organizational skills and have the ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business resultsMust have strong work ethics and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive informationWORK ENVIRONMENTHybrid Corporate Office fast paced, high volume of activity and deadline driven environmentVisits to Company and Franchise owned restaurants, vendor locationsPHYSICAL DEMANDSSitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing andor operating a computer andor mouseTravel to and from restaurants locations (Car, flights)Ability and mobility to physically set up equipment andsystemsTravels as needed approximately sixty (60)% domesticallyPAY RANGE$67.500 - $108,500 (Depending on education, skills, and experience) THE COMPANY RETAINS THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR ASSIGN OTHER DUTIES TO THIS POSITION AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE.
