As a Sales Development Representative at Tomo, you will work as part of our front line team to engage, educate, and provide guidance to new customers who are learning about our mortgage offerings. Our Sales Development Representatives are the first point of contact with future homebuyers! You are primarily focused on introducing our unique Tomo experience to homebuyers. You are a competitor who thrives in a team oriented, collaborative environment. You embrace a fast pace, change, and challenge.This role will require working some non-traditional hours (i.e. weekends and evenings). The things you'll be doing...Be the FIRST Tomo contact to our customersProvide a world-class customer experience as a part of helping customers choose the Tomo MortgageEngage with customers via text, email, phone and live chatEducate customers about Tomo, our offerings, and the pre-application process, establishing trustCollaborate with Loan Officers to connect with customers to answer questions that require a license, i.e., questions about product, rate, and eligibility, and ensure that customer needs are met by these conversationsContribute to continuous improvement of the current processes and show the ability to identify patterns and processes that may improve downstream business practicesAdapt to and embrace process and policy changes as we learn more about our customers, their needs, and how to drive an industry-changing customer experience in mortgageLeverage tech stack including phone system, CRM, and marketing tools to engage with customers and keep an organized pipelineThe things you're exceptional munication - written, slack, email, phone, text - you name it, you can "speak" it!
