General Responsibilities:The Executive Coordinator for School Administration supports the Head of School and Assistant Head of School by managing critical administrative functions, including school licensure, admissions coordination, and other assigned tasks. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure operational excellence.This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces challenges, and demonstrates a commitment to fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and innovation within the school community.EducationTraining: Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldSkill(s):Strong organizational and planning skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
