Areas of focus and responsibilities:Provide DEI supportSupport the DEI sub-committee of the Board by helping to coordinate meetingspapersactions etc.Support DEI initiatives including policies, training, education, resources, communication etc.Support DEI reporting and actionsCoordinate our various DEI networksAssist with DEI comms and gathering resourcesWork with partner organizations on DEI initiativesSupport the application and maintenance of the Mansfield RuleProvide engagement supportLead the firm's global feedback forums including coordinating meetings, maintaining the global feedback action tracker and ensuring actions are followed throughWork with HR and the communications team to develop and implement an engagement strategy for the firmCoordinate engagement surveys, ensuring actions are tracked and implemented, working with external suppliers as requiredPartner with the Business Sustainability Coordinator in running internal social events, initiatives and campaigns where requiredSupport the execution of an alumni strategy for the firm (long-term goal, working with the marketing team)Provide wellbeing supportHelp to run wellbeing events, campaigns and initiativesCoordinate our Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) networksTrack wellbeing metricsAssist with other wellbeing activities and action plans as requiredSkills and attributes:Professional experience in the areas of DEI, engagement andor wellbeingProven experience of working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a varied workload, ideally within an international organizationStrong numerical and analytical skills and proficient in MS Excel, including being able to manipulate and analyze data setsAbility to prioritize competing demandsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to build relationships with people at all levels of the businessThe essentialsBachelor's Degree requiredA minimum of three years of relevant experienceThe standard hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, but flexibility is a must
