We believe we are the best because of our dedication to training, benefits and leadership.Supervision and Direction: The Escrow Analyst ("Analyst") will receive general supervision and direction from the Corporate Controller. Requirements•Insure Tax & Insurance and Replacement Reserve deposits are being made timely at the correct amounts; including posting the AP Template for all deposits each month•Post monthly mortgage entries in Yardi and work with Corporate Controller to set up the mortgage templates•Process all R4Rs quarterly, including sending documentation to other third parties when required•Work with Corporate Controller for properties with low or negative balances•Coordinate with consultant and work through any outstanding bank rec items monthly•Complete other duties as assigned
