CookUnity believes in fueling stronger communities, partnering with Food Bank For New York City to combat food insecurity across all five boroughs.The RoleAs Fulfillment and Logistics Supervisor, you'll be responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to our eaters and our chefs.You will be responsible for picking and packing orders and ensuring the timely completion of orders to our delivery drivers.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of 15-20 associates per shiftCoordinate flow of shift & assign tasksWork closely with market leadership to achieve key resultsPick meals according to customer order fulfillment sheetsPalletize completed ordersPack, load, and ship outbound orders to meet required timelines for daily departureEnsure our fulfillment rooms are clean and organizedQualificationsPrevious experience in fulfillment operations is highly valued.18 years of age or olderBilingual (Spanish)At least 6 months of leadership experienceExperience using Microsoft PC software including Excel, Word and GmailAbility to work under pressure and deadlines.Authorization to work in the United StatesWeekend and holiday availabilityAble to work in a cold environment (39 degrees)Benefits Health Insurance coverage PTO policy and paid sick days Eligible for bi-annual performance bonus Family leave: 12 weeks for primary caregiver and 4 weeks for secondary caregiver, fully paid Compassionate Leave: 3-5 days each time the need arises Wellness perks: access to a nutritional coach and fitness subsidies to build a healthy lifestyle Awesome opportunity to join a company that is looking to change how we eat and how chefs work!CompensationAll final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.Pay Range for this position$23-$25 USDIf you're interested in this role, please submit your application and if we think you might be a fit, we'll get in touch with you.
