Job descriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Producer to join our team. The Producer will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships that will convert to closed sales.NOTE: we provide qualified leads for our producers, at no cost to the producer.Tasks:- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform production decisions- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process.- Manage sales tasks such as completing applications, etc. that are related to the sales process.Qualifications:- Proven experience in outside sales of Commercial Lines P&C products.- Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions- Excellent customer service skills- Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required.This position offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the growth of the organization and drive successful outcomes.
