Our team is composed of seasoned professionals who are dedicated to delivering unparalleled value to our clients.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Managing Director of Investment Banking to lead our Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in investment banking, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the financial markets as well as experience and relationships with relevant structures, including the IPO process along with the de-SPAC process. This role requires strategic vision, the ability to manage high-level client relationships, and the expertise to drive significant business growth. Ladenburg infrastructure includes sector research and extensive distribution capabilities.Salary: $175,000 - $220,000Responsibilities:Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in revenue and market share. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and other financial advisory services. Oversee the preparation and presentation of pitch books, financial models, and other transaction-related documentation.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to best practices in financial services.Represent the firm at industry conferences, client meetings, and other networking events.All other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in investment banking, with a significant portion in a leadership role.Demonstrated success in originating and executing complex transactions.Extensive knowledge of financial markets, investment banking products, and regulatory environment.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at the highest levels.FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 required.
