Dietary Aide

Waterview Nursing Care Center is a dynamic skilled nursing and rehab center. We are currently looking for Fulltime and partime dietary aides . Our Dietary aides works alongside our Dietary Managers and Chefs to help prepare food for residents and patients. They often have the following responsibilities:Preparing meals, snacks and beverages following specific proceduresServing meals, ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all timesTaking inventory of kitchen supplies and food itemsStaying current on the individual procedures and protocols for their facilities, including state-specified rules and regulationsSetting up and taking down dining areas and assisting with kitchen maintenance and general cleaningAssisting with educational programs on nutritionPlanning menus alongside Chefs, Dietitians and DoctorsTracking expensesWe are an epual opportunity employer.
