Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team's scope of work permits.Deliver powerful results To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Family Outreach Associate with a Bachelor's Degree and experience in sales or customer service (preferably working with families in an educational or social services setting) with a proven record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers or external audiences. Familiarity with the Upper Manhattan, Bronx, andor Queens borough and living in close proximity to it is essential. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or Mandarin is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess effective and professional communication skills (verbal and written), be results-driven with a track record of achieving outcomes, be detail-oriented, and be comfortable managing and performing basic analysis using spreadsheets. The position title will be commensurate with candidate experience.As a part of the Family Outreach team at Zeta, you will support our team to ensure that as many families as possible learn about and apply to Zeta through:Developing and implementing strategies to engage with prospective families in our communitiesCoordinating and executing efforts in our communities to talk with families about ZetaEstablishing and maintaining relationships with community-based organizations on behalf of Zeta Charter SchoolsDesigning and executing engagement events for prospective familiesSupporting with our random admissions lottery and enrollment processes as neededDrafting and sending written communications to a variety of stakeholder groupsCollecting, maintaining, and analyzing data to ensure that the team is optimizing strategies and tacticsWearing multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as neededNote: Engaging with families about Zeta's world-class educational program involves participating in regular community outreach shifts, which typically require extended periods of being out in the community with the team and walking, standing, and having the ability to lift up to 25 lbsJoin our purpose-driven communityZeta teammates are lifelong learners who live with child-like joy and a deep sense of purpose. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity.
