Role Overview: The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations plays a critical role in the direct-to-consumer strategy which underpins Fanatics Live, Fanatics Collect and . These businesses represent a holistic collector journey inclusive of digital (Live, ) and physical (Collect) interaction points. This executive leadership role will seek commonality and efficiency across three very unique business operations, with the intent of maximizing the collector experience, while maintaining the bespoke components of each brand. The SVP of Operations will be a dynamic, forward-thinking leader with deep expertise in operations, project management, and creating exceptional collector experiences. This role will not only be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our operational and collector experience functions but also for executing at the highest level. The SVP will lead large, cross-functional teams to innovate and streamline processes, implement cutting-edge technologies, and build systems that drive efficiency, scalability, and a seamless collector-first experience. TLC is a global portfolio of brands which requires understanding and experience leading at a global scale.As a key member of the executive leadership team, the SVP will collaborate with senior leaders to align operations with broader company goals and ensure that our business foundations are both robust and agile. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Vision & Leadership: Define and execute the strategic vision for operations and collector experience, ensuring that all initiatives align with TLC's long-term business goals. Operational Innovation & Excellence: Oversee the development and optimization of operational systems that enhance performance across vault, fulfillment, and collector experience functions. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and scale operations sustainably. Collector-Centric Transformation: Redesign and re-architect the collector experience to ensure a seamless, personalized experience for a diverse range of collectors-from high-touch VIP clients to high-volume, low-touch users. Develop systems that continuously exceed collector expectations and drive loyalty. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with the CEO and the Executive Leadership team to align operations with overarching company objectives. Lead cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders to innovate, streamline, and integrate new technologies, systems, and processes. Collaboration with External Partners: Build strong, strategic relationships with external partners, including Fanatics' Collectibles businesses, to identify new opportunities for collaboration that drive value for collectors and business growth. Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and instill a culture of data-driven decision-making. Develop actionable operational and collector experience metrics that drive performance improvements and align with the strategic goals of the company. Operational & Data Security: Integrate operational security measures across all business systems, ensuring the highest level of data protection and safeguarding collector trust. Talent Development & Organizational Growth: Work closely business leaders to build high-performing teams across global operations. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration, inspiring team members to embrace change, contribute new ideas, and drive business results. Financial Stewardship: Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to meet budgetary targets while driving both short-term and long-term operational goals. Monitor and adjust financial performance to optimize cost savings and investments in growth. Strong Collaborative Skills: Ability to build consensus, influence senior leadership, and work effectively across all levels of the organization. Comfortable navigating complex partnerships and cross-functional initiatives. Data-Driven Leadership: Expertise in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business decisions that align with corporate strategy. Able to create an environment of trust and collaboration while challenging the status quo.Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in operations, collector experiencecustomer service, and business management, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role, preferably in a high-growth, complex environment. Experience driving large-scale operational transformations, with a proven track record in improving efficiency, optimizing systems, and delivering high-impact collector experience outcomes. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and deliver results against financial targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholdersIn Los Angeles, the salary range for this position is $258,000- $329,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. This salary range is specific to Los Angeles and may not be applicable to other locations.
