DescriptionWe are looking for a Regional Director, Total Rewards to drive the strategic compensation and benefits agenda for our global Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This high-impact role requires a strong business mindset, deep expertise in compensation strategy and the ability to influence senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.As a key partner to GTM leadership, you will ensure our rewards programs are competitive, performance-driven and aligned with our global business goals. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive andor earn a discretionary bonus andor equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.#LI-Hybrid
