We are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and outstanding results, utilizing advanced technologies and personalized care.We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join an experienced team for one of our partner clinics Alizadeh Cosmoplastic Surgery in New York with a passion for collaboration and helping patients achieve their goals. The position will float between their Manhattan and Long Island locations.Must have a love for the aesthetic industry, a willingness to learn and train, and an eagerness to build and grow with us!Responsibilities:Assist the plastic surgeon in the operating room, including preoperative preparation, intraoperative support, and postoperative careProvide high-quality wellness treatments, including hormone replacement therapy, ensuring comprehensive consultations, personalized treatment plans, and ongoing care.Perform consultations and good Faith Exams and create comprehensive treatment plans for patients based on their aesthetic goalsPerform minor in-office procedures, such as suturing, wound care, and dressing changes.Retain patients through consistent and detailed follow-up protocolsProvide skincare consultations, recommend retail products, and cross-promote med spa servicesEducate patients about surgical and non-surgical options, treatment plans, and recovery expectations.Meticulous charting and documentation of patient filesProvide instructions and guidance regarding medical care matters to patients.Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations; protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocolsComply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actionsMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; talking with colleagues to keep abreast of developments in the industryDemonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of the company as an individual and as a team memberQualifications:Physician Assistant with current licensure in the state of New YorkExperience in HRT preferredExperience in a clinical or bedside hospital setting requiredProfessional, warm, confident, and compassionate bedside mannerBenefits:401K with company matchPTOMedical, Dental, Vision and additional insurancesMuch more!
