You will be responsible for knowing our full product & service line, how to best service our customers and how to successfully work with your team members to achieve the locations goals.Responsibilities Receive & deliver on customer requests (Both phone & in person) Effectively understand customer requestsClearly communicate promise timesHelp manage the daily scheduleCreate a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at easeAnswer customer questions about their service requests & needsUse strong service skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent is required; bachelor's degree is preferredValid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record is requiredPrior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferredBasic computer skillsSpeak, Read and Write in English Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Our mission is to provide customers with the most professional tire and auto service in the industry and we know that's not possible without an awesome team.
