Full Charge Bookkeeper/Construction Accountant

We are looking for a Full Charge BookkeeperConstruction Accountant for immediate placement.The position would be working with our current controllerconstruction accountant as a second construction accountant.Our needs are immediate.•Manage and maintain excel spreadsheets related to requisitions and payments.•Manage payroll.•Responsible for the review, verification and processing of all subcontractor and general condition related payments associated with assigned projects•Communicates with project team, vendors, subcontractors and external parties to manage job cost requestsrequirements, including waivers of lien, insurance etc•Process daily accounting transactions using QuickBooks Desktop•Process vendor invoices and assist with bookkeeping•Use accounting software to process bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, accounts payable transactions and other various accounting related tasks•Assist with filing, scanning, and proper account record keeping
