Customer Service RepresentativeDEPARTMENT:CDPAPREPORTS TO: Senior CS RepLOCATION: Ramsey, NJSALARY: $19-25 hour DOEPOSITION SUMMARY:Assisting individuals with application and onboarding process. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assists Consumers and Personal Assistants with PPL Transfers. Answer incoming calls promptly and pleasantly. Respond to missed callsemails in a timely manner.Ensures all paperwork is current.Follows process to communicate issues immediately. Works with all departments to accommodate specific needs and appointments.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Consumer interactions, assessments, and follow-up actions to ensure compliance and accountability. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Fluent in English and Korean languages.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in using internal systems and software for data entry and record-keeping.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with passionate and empathetic approach to interacting with Consumers and Personal Assistants.Previous customer service experience preferred.
