Job DescriptionThe HRPayroll Coordinator will report to the HR Manager and support all HR operations, including payroll via ADP, employee onboardingoffboarding, recruitment, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist with employee records, benefits, onboardingoffboarding documentation.Coordinate recruitment: job postings, resume review, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.Validate timesheets and submit payroll through ADP.Address employee complaints and assist with preliminary investigations.Support HR policy updates and communication.Distribute office memos and announcements.Handle confidential information with anize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.Contribute to a positive office culture and safety protocols.RequirementsBachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.Strong organizational and time management skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent writtenverbal communication and phone etiquette.Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.BenefitsMedical, dental and prescription plan Flexible Spending Account401K with company matchCompany paid Life AD & D LTD InsurancesPTO (10 paid holidays)Paid HolidaysEmployee DiscountsOpportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
