Description Social Work PRN is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services that align with the Center's mission and core values. This role is pivotal in fostering opportunities for social interaction, workforce development, recreation, and community activism while addressing the diverse needs of our residents.Key Responsibilities: Design and manage evidence-based programs that enhance quality of life for aging adults. Coordinate intergenerational activities and events to promote social connection and community engagement. Supervise staff and volunteers, ensuring a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment. Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, service providers, and community stakeholders. Oversee budgets and manage resources effectively to support program goals. Conduct assessments to identify resident needs and implement appropriate interventions or support services. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards in program delivery.Annual Salary Range: $70,000-$79,000.Position Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work; Masters degree in Social Work. Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably serving older adults or vulnerable populations. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of aging services, active aging principles, and community resources.
