Mid-Level Litigation Paralegal - New York, NY Salary: Up to $105,000 We are seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Paralegal with at least 5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment. The ideal candidate will have strong cite-checking skills, knowledge of judicial and administrative procedures, and experience handling complex litigation matters. Experience with Relativity is a plus. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case management, legal research, and document preparation. Perform cite-checking and ensure compliance with The Bluebook citation style. Manage electronic discovery (eDiscovery) processes, including document review, coding, and production. File documents with Federal and State courts via e-filing systems. Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg, and other databases. Organize case files, maintain document databases, and track litigation deadlines. Draft and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings. Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and external parties. Provide litigation support, including deposition preparation and trial assistance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting. Strong cite-checking skills; familiarity with The Bluebook citation style. Knowledge of court rules, filing procedures, and litigation processes. Proficiency in Relativity (preferred) and legal research tools such as Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), iManage, and Adobe Acrobat. Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines. Ability to work overtime as needed (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
