Bayside Volkswagen is currently looking for a talented, responsible and self-motivated Showroom Receptionist to join our team. If you think you are ready to be a part of an exciting team, then we encourage you to read on.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls for the Sales Department while providing basic information when neededConsistently respond to customer inquiries by providing excellent customer service.Handle customer concerns with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.Stock in vehicles upon delivery to our facility, light clerical workAssist Sales Team when needed to execute customer requestsHours needed:Monday thru Wednesday 5-8pm.Thursday and Friday 9-7pmQualificationsExcellent communication skillsOutgoing and positive demeanorPunctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibilityMaintain a professional appearance
