Cyber Operations/Technical Collections Officer

Nightwing brings disruptive technologies, agility, and competitive offerings to customers in the intelligence community, defense, civil, and commercial markets.Nightwing is seeking a Cyber Operations|Technical Collections Officer, willing to work in a fast-paced environment supporting high profile customer operational requirements in a challenging, fast-paced environment located in Virginia. This individual will assist the organization with the targeting and documenting of data sets with technical fluency in the Chinese Mandarin language. The successful candidate will work in a team environment and manage partner and stakeholder relationships while operating independently with minimal supervision. Extensive Experience in leading large, successful operations in a highly matrixed compartmented organization.Clearance Requirement: Must be a US Citizen with an active TSSCI clearance with poly and be crossover eligible.REQUIRED SKILLS:Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiencesThrives is a fast-paced environment while prioritizing and managing operational awarenessFluency in the translation of Chinese Mandarin -Language data points and highly technical documentation (i.e. Academic journals, Conference materials, Patents)Pursue targeting leads from complex field analysisCompile data points from a multitude of IC tools designed for technical packagesPrevious work in an open source or linguist role within a team environmentAnalyze, develop, integrate and refine end to end multi-discipline CONOPS and collection strategies on a variant of technical toolsPerformed highly in-depth analysis of complex and significant interest to the Intelligence CommunityArticulately communicates targeting nex uses through clear and detailed briefings to officials and partners within the intelligence mission centerReview raw HUMINT and SIGINT data containing Chinese Mandarin audiotext for operational leadersProvide subject matter expertise on regional issues with regards to foreign intelligence entities, trends and operational anomaliesIdentifies information gapspotential threats by evaluation of information using a variety of analytical methodologies and intelligence data sets and trendsAbility to brief management on progress and findings associated to the mission needsWorks closely with operational elements executing specific missions, with a particular reference to building partnerships with operational organizations and teamsManaged multi-organizational teams and or coordinated closely with mission partners within an open -source intelligence collection departmentDesigns, develops, and briefs presentations on current intelligence, targeting, weapon solution, and collateral damage, devising charts and graphsProvide analysis and research for national security, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerabilitiesExperienced in the Collection of open-source materialsProven ability to demonstrate technical aptitude with a variety of disciplinesChinese Proficiency - 45 ILR (Speaking+ Listening + Reading) or ability to obtain the level in a short time upon being assigned to the programAbility to hit the ground running on day 1 work day5- 8 plus years of extensive targeting experience within Asian theaterEDUCATION:Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of technical experience.
