We're dedicated to flavoring life's journey, and now we're hiring a team to help people do that in the Garden State.We're a fast-growing and fast-moving company looking to hire a Prep CookConfectioner to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Be the official creator of the gummy solution.Efficiently follow detailed recipes to produce gummies with high quality, consistency, and minimal waste.Perform mathematical calculations to ensure proper dosage.Properly mix all ingredients to ensure adequate homogenization.Keep accurate and legible production logs.Maintain a clean and tidy spect finished products for quality and visual municate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.Packaging and labeling duties as needed.Follow all regulations for health and safety.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsYou'll be a good candidate if you have:Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deliver accuracy while meeting and exceeding goals.High school diploma or GED (required), Associate degree andor 2-year culinary preferred2-year working experience in a kitchen, or food production.Ability to work 40 hours per week.Ability to work on your feet for an 8-hour shift.Reliable transportation.Pass a fingerprint clearance and background check, as required by state law.Possess basic math skills.Ability to perform repetitive tasks.Detail oriented and able to follow meticulous instructions.Must be 21 or older.Must have a positive attitude.The ability to work well with others.Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 pensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour.
