Come join us!Who we're looking for:We are looking for an organized and personable professional to join our facility team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate has a positive energy, and loves to be around like minded people looking to better themselves and those around them.A forward-thinking, detailed oriented Office Assistant to assist in providing clerical support and is comfortable managing clerical and administrative duties independently. Overcommunication and proactive thinking is an asset in this role, along with a keen perception of people and situations.Please note, this is a temporary position, up to 15 hours per week, and will require the successful candidate to be on-site in both our White Plains corporate and clinical offices at least 3 days a week, and reports into our Chief Operating Officer (COO).Compensation range: $18-$25hr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.What you'll be doing:Collect company's mail and distribute accordinglyAssist in onboarding responsibilities including distributing computers to new hires and mailing out new hire welcome boxes.Answer incoming calls in a professionaltimely manner and screen and forward calls accordinglyManage conference rooms including but not limited to; conference room scheduling, setup and breakdown of conference rooms (tech setup, catering etc.)Collaborate with Office Managers to maintain smooth office operations at all timesProvide backup support to the ReceptionistOffice ManagerApproach challenges with a positive and solutions-minded perspective; must be flexible and adaptable in the face of constant changeWork on ad hoc projects as neededGeneral support that can include logistic coordination for company meetings, supporting guests who visit our office, general office tasks (copying, supplies management, fax distribution, etc.)What you'll need:High school diploma and 3+ years of administrativefront desk experience required.Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently, with a strong work ethic, self-motivation and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and high level of accuracyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalWhy Forge?The opportunity:Our team refuses to compromise on integrity, and we look for talented, driven hard workers who hold the same passion for the pursuit of high quality, evidence-based mental health and substance use care that we do.
