We specialize in developing software and services for property managers nationwide, empowering them to deliver exceptional service to renters, while evaluating applications with unmatched speed and precision.The RoleWe're seeking a dynamic Operations Associate with 1-2 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, tech-enablement & startup operations, andor finance and data analytics. to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Operations, you'll collaborate closely with the BizOps team to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our product operations teams. As a member of the broader Finance and Business Operations Team, you'll also play a key supporting role in Findigs' financial operations and strategy, from structuring customer invoicing processes to modeling financial implications of various operational initiatives.This role balances tactical execution with strategic thinking-leveraging data, processes, and tools to ensure our operations run efficiently and scale effectively. You'll be instrumental in helping us meet our ambitious goals while contributing to Findigs' mission of transforming the rental industry.We'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about driving operational excellence and want to make a tangible impact at a rapidly growing startup.Where you'll make an impact:Collaborate with the BizOps team to manage day-to-day operations across multiple product operations teams.Ensure processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with company objectives.Identify, recommend, and implement tools and technologies to optimize workflows and enhance team performance.Maintain the operating forecast and report to the organization about hiring needs; Support hiring, onboarding, and staffing for offshore teams. Collaborate with Product leadership and the Executive team on how to improve product operations. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on excellence and accountability.Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Provide actionable insights to drive strategic discussions and inform decision-making.Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.We'd love to hear from you if you have:Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a quantitative field like economics, statistics, or mathematics. 1-3 years of experience in operations, management consulting, or a related field.Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to implement process improvements.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal termediate to advanced ExcelGoogle sheet experience. Experience with analytics or project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, Monday, Notion, ect.Nice-to-have:Experience with SQL.Familiarity with P&L management and financial modeling.
