Community Outreach CoordinatorNew Jersey Community Development CorporationNew Jersey Community Development Corporation (NJCDC) is a multi-faceted community development and social service agency providing services to 4,000 children and families each day. We seek to identify candidates for the position Community Outreach Coordinator. The Coordinator will, under the supervision of the Assistant Director, ensure that NJCDC's programs and services are well-known throughout the Great Falls Neighborhood. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: Promoting NJCDC's programs throughout the communityOrganizing events and programming to promote community outreach objectivesCreate and maintain database of community contacts to permit targeted outreachRecruit volunteers for community eventsInteract with school, community, and neighborhood leaders to foster collaborative effortsTwo years of experience in a position requiring community outreach skills is required; clean driver's license is required, as is bilingual fluency (Spanish). Bachelor's degree is terested candidates should provide a resume and a thoughtful cover letter outlining experience and interest in the position.
