Build the future of the AI Data Cloud. Join the Snowflake team.Our Sales Operations organization is actively seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join our growing team. In this role you will apply your business insight, analytical skills and creativity while partnering directly with cross functional teams to drive strategy, growth and business operations. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment, receiving and processing large volumes of orders from the field sales organization.Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will be a subject matter expert on Sales processes, best practices, and systems.RESPONSIBILITIES :Assist with quote to cash process; including quote generation, pricing requests, discount and custom contractsHelp to structure deals and seek internal approval for non-standard requestsReview deals to ensure that contract terms, billing information, and pricing is accurate and aligned with the data inside SalesforcePartner with the sales organization to provide training, help and be a subject matter expert on all sales processesEducate our sales organization on deal operations to ensure best practices and corporate policies are followedFacilitate communication and collaboration across key stakeholder organizations, such as Sales, Services, Legal, Billing, IT, etc. in support of a quick, efficient, and accurate sales and deal processProactively evolve and improve processes, tools, and automation to increase the effectiveness of sales and operationsPartner with cross-functional departments to learn and identify business needs and help facilitate the end-to-end deal process (e.g. deal structuring, approvals, and order management)MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :3+ years of experience in sales operations, deal desk management, SaaS business experience preferredExperience working with required, admin experience a plusBachelor's degree; MBA a plusPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :3+ years of experience in sales operations, deal desk management, SaaS business experience preferredExperience working with required, admin experience a plusProven ability to build strong, cross-functional working relationships with sales and internal stakeholdersBasic knowledge of BI tools a plus (Tableau)Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute on multiple tasks and projects that affect the entire companyBachelor's degree; MBA a plusEvery Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
