Description Looking for a competent case manager with a 'Can Do' attitude who is flexible and a team player, and can also work well independently.Full-Time, Temp to Perm is preferred but will also consider Part-Time, Temp or Perm if social worker has several years of case management experience.Hybrid schedule is preferred, with 2-3 days worked at their office in Northeastern Queens but will also consider fully remote for an experienced case manager in the temp role.As part of a resilience team, the social worker will provide short-term, complex case management services to vulnerable individuals or to individuals (and families) who are relatively stable but are experiencing a crisis. They will assess the situation and provide short-term stabilization services. Diverse range of client ages and backgrounds, including single parent families, older adults, Holocaust survivors, migrant families, etc. So the social worker needs to be open-minded, compassionate, and culturally sensitive.When the position is permanent, the salary range for BSW is $55,000-$60,000 and for MSW is $60,000-$65,000. (When the position is temporary, the pay rate is determined on a number of factors, including social worker's experience as it relates to the responsibilities of the position.)Position Requirements BSW or MSW (Supervision provided, but not clinical supervision.
