If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within a team-oriented culture, please apply today!Position OverviewResponsibilities for the Payroll Specialist: Full-time position reporting to the Payroll Supervisor Responsible for a wide variety of payroll processing activities Ensuring accurate and timely processing of biweekly payrolls using ADP Workforce Now Acting as the subject matter expert for questionsresolution related to ADP, company policies, as well as compliance of federal and state regulations as they relate to payroll tax, wage and hour laws, and garnishments Providing support to the Senior Payroll Manager and acting as back up for all roles in the Payroll Team Required Skills for Payroll Specialist: 3+ years of payroll experience with a solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws Multi-state payroll experience Advanced knowledge of PC applications (principally Excel and MS Office products) Ability to work independently with strong time management and organization skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, Success FactorsEmployee Central, and KronosDimensions applications FPC or CPP designation strongly preferred What's in it for you?
