A leader in the payments vertical are expanding their US team with a new Operations Associate to support payment operations and product enhancements.Client: Institutional Payments Platform Role: Operations Associate Location: New York, NY (Hybrid - 3x Days On-site)Comp: $80K - $100K Base + Bonus OverviewOur client is a leading Institutional Payments platform provider who are well established across Insurance, Financial Services, and Corporate landscapes. They are looking to hire an Operations Associate to lead support and payments processing efforts for their existing client base. This person will primarily face-off to internal teams and help to guide their product development and further workflow improvements ontop of processing efforts. If you're someone who is experienced in supporting payments within a similar firm that loves workflow enhancements, enjoys an analytical and strategic approach, and bring a keen eye for operational excellence, then this could be a great fit!Key Responsibilities: Assist the team with general client payment processing and documentation efforts Proactively review and suggest enhancements to their daily workflows and payment systems Coordinate with leadership on industry insights, or trends you're uncovering in your day-to-day to inform rolling strategic adjustments Collaborate internally on large client projects and engagement efforts alongside product specialists Desired Qualifications: 1-3+ YoE in SettlementsClearing, Treasury, or similar function Ideally experienced in payments or cross-border payments Strong experience with Excel Comfortable working cross-functionally and suggesting workflow, product, or general business enhancements Analytical, detail-oriented approach combined with a personable attitude who enjoys small-team environments If you think you're a good fit, please reach out directly to: Zachary Thompson () The perfect role for you?
