This role will report directly to Arrowhead's Sr. Manager Treasury and will have a diverse set of responsibilities across three functional areas - Treasury, Insurance, and Travel and Expense (T&E).Responsibilities:Monitor the company's bank accounts and investment balances and record daily cash activityProcess manual payments; address ACH direct debit requests and fraudbank alertsTrack and analyze bank fees and find opportunities to reduce cost and eliminate unnecessary servicesTrack costs related to letters of credit issuance and amendmentsAdminister access to online banking platforms and perform user and services audits to ensure proper set up and usage of online functionsTrack company's clinical trial policies, invoice issuance and paymentsAdminister and support Company's T&E corporate card program and system (Concur) and its interfaces with MasterCard and ADPMonitor and review expense reports, run reports for monitoring spend trends and irregularitiesHandle travelers' inquiries, provide training and ensure compliance with T&E and purchasing policiesProvide SOX audit supportProcess new vendor requests and vendor changes in company's ERP systemSupport various projects, such as bank and vendor RFPs, system and interface implementations, system upgrades, and process improvementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems or related fieldMin 3-year experience with treasury, banking, accounting, audit or T&E related responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills and systems savvinessProficiency in Microsoft Excel and all Microsoft productsStrong communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skillsPreferred:Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 are highly preferredCalifornia pay range $85,000-$105,000 USDArrowhead provides competitive salaries and an excellent benefit package.
