The Program Manager will lead our customer team. In this role you will analyze and track contract performance metrics; track deliverables, and hold stakeholders accountable for completion; help develop, implement, and track contract task and programs to improve contract performance.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide overall program leadership, guidance, and manage all aspects of a given program, including requirements gathering, business case creation, and implementationDevelop resourcing strategies to ensure optimum support for projects and for the day-to-day operational activitiesReview program budget variance and scope change requests, and participate in the budget-resolution processDevelop and maintain operational reports for programsGather and analyze data trends; provide actionable insights to programs and stakeholders to improve performanceLead cross-functional meetings and foster teamwork; drive escalation and resolution of issues, while promoting collaboration and coordination across broad categories of stakeholdersSupport and coach other staff about programs, while providing technical expertise in planning, execution, and leadership of program, projects, and initiativesLead and drive internal prep meetings in preparation for external meetings with provider groupsPrepare materials for both internal and external provider meetingsSummarize key meeting notes and document action items; distribute them to stakeholdersOther duties assignedBasic Qualifications:Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceKnowledge of Remedy and ServiceNowRequires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience in Quality andor Risk Adjustment programsPrevious project or program management experience requiredData analytical skills and experience requiredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsActive Top Secret clearanceDiversity, Equity & Inclusion Statement:The Seneca Holdings family of companies is committed to building an inclusive work environment that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diversity of our employees.
