As we continue to grow, we are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to connect with potential clients and drive opportunities for our consulting services.This is a contract-to-perm opportunity for a motivated self-starter with a passion for building relationships and generating business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and driving the pipeline for sales presentations and new client partnerships.ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Outreach:Research target companies and decision-makers to identify qualified leads in the power, renewables, and utilities sectors.Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone to initiate contact with prospective clients.Craft personalized messages that resonate with decision-makers and highlight CARIAN's unique value proposition.Lead Generation & Pipeline Development:Qualify prospects to ensure they align with CARIAN's ideal client profile.Schedule and coordinate sales presentations, discovery calls, and follow-up meetings for senior team members.Maintain and nurture relationships with potential clients to build trust and long-term business opportunities.Collaboration & CRM Management:Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals.Track all activity, leads, and progress in the company's CRM system to ensure transparency and efficiency.Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, key metrics, and market dustry Representation:Represent CARIAN professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Stay informed about trends in the power and utilities sectors to tailor outreach strategies and establish credibility.Required Skills:A highly outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for building relationships.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced terest in business development, sales, and building a career in professional services.Preferred Skills:Bachelor's degree (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.Familiarity with CRM platforms for tracking activity and progress.Knowledge of the power, renewables, or utilities sectors is a plus.
