Floor ManagerPosition SummaryTrillium is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our team at our Canton location! In this position, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of our restaurant business. You will be expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and motivate our staff to ensure excellent customer service. Managers will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability. Exceptional management skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Leadership Inspire a passionate team culture in support of consistent execution of Trillium's goals Drive a culture of continuous improvement and strive for operational excellence by collaborating with cross-functional teams Provide positive, actionable solutions when faced with challenges Ensure that Handbook policies, procedures and standards are maintained and followed in a consistent and fair manner Direct work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant Lead, inspire, and educate restaurant staff to achieve their defined goals and results, consistently monitoring performance and creating development plans Partner with Human Resources to address employee relations issues; identify appropriate training andor coaching opportunities and follow-up to ensure effective, legally compliant, and consistent resolutions are reachedCustomer Service Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally. Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve customer's experience Promptly response to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person Administrative Handle paperwork and other administrative duties Keep relevant statistical and financial records Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards Schedule maintenance and services as needed with Facilities Manager via work orders Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
