Our client has been in the Hackensack, NJ area for years, and is strategically positioned there.Job DescriptionLead and manage a team of three finance professionals, overseeing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.Develop and monitor financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.Oversee cash flow management, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and investments.Provide financial reporting and analysis to ownership and senior leadership, offering actionable insights to support decision-making.Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, industry standards, and internal controls.Collaborate with project managers and operational leaders to monitor project costs, profitability, and financial performance.Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and efficiency enhancements within financial operations.Serve as a trusted advisor to ownership on financial strategy, investments, and growth opportunities.
