Position Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The PA will provide high-quality care to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician, assisting in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough physical examinations and obtain comprehensive medical histories of patients.- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.- Perform various medical procedures as permitted by state regulations and the supervising physician.- Educate and counsel patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options.- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic health record (EHR).- Participate in patient follow-ups and monitor patient progress.- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordination.- Remain up-to-date with medical knowledge and advancements in the field.- Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and professional standards.Qualifications:- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (NCCPA) and state licensure.- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in physical examination techniques.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.- Previous experience in [specific fieldsetting, e.g., primary care, urgent care, etc.] is preferred but not mandatory.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Benefits:- Competitive pay commensurate with experience- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.- 401k plan (Traditional and Roth) with 3% automatic employer contribution and discretionary profit-sharing- Paid time off and holiday pay- Continuing education reimbursement where applicable and professional development opportunities- Supportive work environment focused on patient-centered care
