Every employee takes a person-centered approach that exemplifies the ICARE values (Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence) through empathic communication and partnerships between all personsWork Shifts11 am-7 pm including SaturdaysJob Description•Performs responsible clerical work in various administrative and operational areas by processing, recording, checking, and maintaining records; files, and invoices using alphabetical and numerical procedures including datacontrol coding; furnishes information and prepares reports requiring the selection of data from simple records or statistics.•Checks records for accuracy of information and conformity with established policies and procedures.•Ensure customer service goals for the clinics are met.•Performs clerical operations in an assigned area, such as the filing of materials and the searching of files for difficult to locate materials.•May perform incidental typing.•Supervises and instructs a small unit of group(s) engaged in clerical activities.•Collects and enters data from EpicCadence, Education Logs, etc.•Prepares reports, memos, etc, as necessary.•Acts as a receptionist in the Administrative Office.•Maintains time and leave records.•Prepares purchase orders.•Provides training for clerical or nursing staff on computer skills including, but not limited to, EPICCADENCE•Provides clerical support in clinical areas, when necessary.•Provides supervision in opening andMinimum Qualifications1. A high school diploma or its educational equivalent; and 2.
