Senior bankers at the Firm are formerly of Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Evercore and Barclays.Role DescriptionOur Summer Analyst program begins in June 2026 and requires an 8-week minimum commitment. Summer Analysts are included in all aspects of a transaction from origination to closing. They work directly with senior investment bankers and are responsible for the day-to-day activities of each transaction. Responsibilities include: financial modeling, company valuation, financial performance analysis, corporate and industry research, due diligence, strategic analyses of companies, preparation of marketing and presentation materials, management presentations and offering memorandums.General QualificationsUndergraduate or Master students with a graduation date of December 2026 - June 2027Finance or Accounting major preferredMinimum 3.7 cumulative GPA1400 SAT 30 ACT strongly preferredPrior finance andor accounting internship experience idealExcellent problem solving and analytic abilityStrong work ethic and a drive for perfectionAbility to perform under pressure amid tight deadlinesTeam player, self-motivated, and entrepreneurialStrong quantitative and technical skillsStrong data management and research skillsMaturity and poise to work directly with client executivesAttention to detail, strong writing and verbal communication skillsPermanent U.S. work authorization required.
