Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist to join their team. As a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist, you will be part of the Commercial Loan Closing department supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Commercial Loan Closing SpecialistLocation: New York, NY ( Hybrid Onsite) Pay Range: Competitive What's the Job? Prepare, review, and verify loan documentation for accuracy and completeness. Ensure all loan closing activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, title companies, and other stakeholders. Conduct due diligence, including reviewing title commitments, surveys, and insurance policies. Coordinate loan fund disbursement as per the approved terms and conditions.What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial loan closing or a similar role in bankingfinancial services. Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation, compliance, and closing procedures.
